One of these days I'm going to have to learn to read Japanese. It's scaled at 1/144. After assembly it will probably stand about 6-8 inches. From the pictures on the box it looks like it comes with a miniature figure of one of the Gundam characters. I can't tell if paint and/or glue are required but they probably are required.
